Dr. Cendy Wang gained her undergraduate degree in Applied Science from Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia and her doctorate in Food Science from the University of Guelph, Ontario. She is an expert in the field of oils, emulsions and hydrocolloids and their application in cosmetic medicine.
